This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is fantastic, with everything within walking distance of the centre. You'll find shops nearby and the main centre is not far away. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities, including a TV, are well-maintained. The rooms, especially the ones in the ceiling in the bedroom, are kept clean every day.

Some minor improvements could be made.

Close to the city centre but quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy to relax in the room, comfortable beds.

The shower is a bit low. I'm about six feet tall and the shower head came up to just above my chin. There is also a big step up and down into the shower, so people with injuries might want to note this. The water pressure was so-so.

The hotel is conveniently located near a small shopping center, making it easy to access stores and amenities. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and provided great service throughout our stay. The rooms were well-equipped with a kitchen, making it convenient for self-catering.

The hotel could improve on the cleanliness of the rooms and shared facilities.

Its was not clean there were big black hairs in shower and dirty cotton buds behind drawers it was yuck

I had a great stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with a well-equipped kitchen and clean bathrooms. The location was also ideal, within walking distance to a great Irish pub, restaurants, a supermarket, and takeaways. Additionally, the hotel's cleanliness was impressive, and the staff were welcoming and helpful.

I had a great city break recently and stayed at a motel that had a very accommodating owner who went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. One of the best aspects was the convenient location, it was near a local shopping area and had easy access to transportation. the staff were welcoming and obliging. We also appreciated that the room was clean, warm and comfortable.

The only thing that could have been improved was the availability of tea/coffee and milk. We were three people in the room and found there was not enough to last overnight, but we managed to get some extra from another family member for the remainder of our stay.

The location was close to the city and not too far from the airport.

The bathroom was grotty with black mould visible around the wall tiles and bath area. Also the corners of the room and behind chairs was dusty and dirty.
